“Fratelli Pulcinella is the brainchild of 2010 pizza world champion Simone Zullo and his brother Alessio. Together they are committed to flair and true neapolitan flavours… watch them in action!”

On the day of the Event, we will drive our mobile pizzeria two hours prior to guests arrival to set up display and fire-up the oven.
Upon guests arrival you may opt to offer cheese/salumi boards, cuppetielli and salads – optional
The Pizzaiolos will start spinning pizzas and offer them to the guests, either buffet style (slices), dine in style (table share) or street style service (one at the time)
BUFFET STYLE: we like to focus on traditional pizza Napoletana and if served buffet style we’d start with your selection of SCHIACCIATE & DIPS, we’d then move to PIZZA NAPOLETANA and finally to our PIZZA DOLCE.
DINE-IN STYLE: once guests will seat at the table, the waiters will serve the pizzas for the guests to share.
STREET STYLE: you may opt to serve the pizzas to individual guests and finishing with a PIZZA DOLCE buffet; this is more suitable for small parties or festivals.
We also box pizzas at the end of the night for your guests to take home!
